1. Privacy Policy

At tiendafast.lat privacy is simple: we don't ask for what we don't need.

• Merchant Data: We only ask for your business name and a reference mobile number.
• Data Usage: Your number is used solely as a bridge to receive orders via WhatsApp. We do not sell or share your contact with advertising companies.
• Payments: Our platform allows you to attach your bank account numbers for direct deposits. tiendafast.lat does not have access to your funds nor does it process money; the transaction is 100% between you and your client.

2. Terms of Use

By creating a store with us, you agree to follow these rules:

• Content: You are solely responsible for the photos and products you upload. Selling illegal products or those violating local laws is prohibited.
• Store Ownership: The space is exclusive to the registered owner. Using the platform for phishing or scams is not allowed.
• Service: tiendafast.lat is a catalog tool. We are not responsible for delivery failures or disagreements regarding payments made outside the platform.

3. Disclaimer

The platform is provided "as is". While we strive to maintain 99% uptime, we are not responsible for interruptions beyond our control (hosting outages or WhatsApp blocks).
